KREWAT thanks for the no rattle idea! Mine have been bugging me for 6 months since I put them on, Reps!
I complained to Warn about it, and that was their solution. I do, however, still have a slight rattle ... I'm probably going to contact them again and see if they will give me ANOTHER set of snaprings
1) contacted Warn the other day about the rattling I'm still getting after two sets of snap rings are installed, and they are sending ANOTHER set for free to see if that helps.
2) they said some rattles can be the "clutch ring" bouncing around inside the hub, and to remove it, coat the inside of the hub with wheel bearing grease and reassemble. Since I've already regreased it once because of water intrusion, that's not my issue, but might help others.
3) After completely disassembling (including the ****) and regreasing the hub, the **** moves MUCH easier now and doesn't require pliers, special tool, or anything else but my fingers
