Finished up 90% of my flooring project & just sold the most cherry 02 Taurus on the planet that I've been trying to sell since June. Boy was it painful.

 

Hey All, I've been under the weather with a kidney stone, been a the hospital for the last couple of days, will be going back later this week to have it surgically removed, I'll be checking in when I can.

 

dang barry i hate to hear that.... i know how them go holler at me if you need anything!

 

Dave...why...do you think...it took so long to sell such a great car???


Barry...hope you get better real soon!!! Hopefully they are giving you some good drugs to help deal with the pain!!!

 

Jeeze Barry I've had'em come & go for years. You have my greatest sympathies. They say its the closest thing to giving birth that a man can come. I describe it as having someone stab you with a butcher knife in the side, twist the knife & kick you in the jewels at the same time.

Ken I don't know. Bad economy, too high of a price, lousy market, etc. It was my late Mom's that I bought from her estate in 06 with less than 10k miles. The wife has split her 60 mile commute tween it & our 03 Escape for the last 2 years. When the new owners drove away today it had 23,857 and went for $6100. I mean it was imaculate. First thing the lady said was "Wow it still smells new".

David...$6100 is all the money for an '02...but well worth it to a buyer given it's history!!! Most of the cars you find on dealers lots are former rentals...with dubious histories!!!
