I gotta go to a kid's birthday party tomorrow.

And I don't even have any kids.

All those little booger machines running around hollering.

At least there will be some football and baseball games on TV.

David, I couldn't be taken into that place at gunpoint. I went in there for about 5 minutes once and I'm certain it scarred me for life.

They were everywhere - screaming, crying, running around in pizza - stained "spongebob" shirts, putting the bite on their parents for money - it was a scene right out of Dante's Inferno.

How old are the kids?

I bet you'll have lots of fun! Especially after they get all jacked up on sugar...

At least there won't be any damned pinata this time. Someone always gets clubbed, or bent out of shape because they didn't break it or because so-and-so did break it and you have to divvy up the candy to be fair and all that kind of horse sh........

I digress.

I don't hate kids. Really, I don't.

I hate kid parties.

So what's worse:
  • The screaming, spoiled, sugar-jacked kids
  • The irritating, whiny, over-protective mothers telling boring stories you don't want to hear about how freakin' special their kid is
I say it's a toss up between the kids and moms. Unless the moms are eye candy. "So, Mrs. Hotty, what do you do for fun?"

Heck, just plant yourself in front of the TV until they serve cake and then split.

Oh, it's the kids. By far.

I can tune the moms out without much problem.

You would be asked to leave rather quickly if you wore a pin that said "Proud member of NAMBLA"

Then you wouldn't have to worry.

Thanks alot, Chris.

Sean - wearing a pin with NAMBLA on it would get me shot.

Not a very popular multi-national organization.

See if you can get them to wear antlers. You'll know what to do from there.

having 4 step kids and 1 of my own who'll be 8 in November, i'll make sure you get a personal invite to everyone of their birthday parties Steve...Especially the one's at Chuck E Cheese...

The best part is the hour long wait to turn in the tickets that took $50 in video games to win, just to receive $3 in Chuck E propoganda...You'd think the kids were deciding the fate of the free world when picking out that garbage..
