Check the plug at the coil and make sure it is OK.
The PIP sensor with the TFI module should take this Tach wire to ground off and on while cranking.
Make sure the distributor is grounded also.
The ground for this system is inside the distributor, check the ground pin at the plug on the TFI module with the harness unplugged and see if it is at ground (zero ohms).
Remove the SPOUT jumper at the bottom of the distributor.
See if you have spark now.
If no spark (and no flash at coil) and the TFI is good and the engine wiring harness is good from the distributor to the TFI then it sounds like a bad PIP sensor in the distributor.
If it is a bad PIP sensor you will need to replace the distributor.
If you need help replacing the distributor post back and we will help you.
We will look at the Fuel Pumps after we get spark.
If you have a new PIP, TFI module, the SPOUT is unplugged and you have power on the + (POS) side of the coil with the key on. I think you said you changed the coil also, so the only thing left for no spark would be the wiring from the distributor to the coil and the spark plug wires.
with the key on,and the dizzy lose and i turn it, the fuel pump relay starts clickin and running, and now it pops when turnin over.
The fuel pump is coming on because the computer saw a pip pulse.
If the engine "pops" then you have spark.
Sounds like you are out of time.
Check spark and valve timing.
