'52 F1 302 tranny and rear end swap?

Hi everyone! I just recently was givin a 1952 Ford F100 from my stepdad. I have a 1985 Linclon town car that I am going to scrap but the motor, tranny, and rear end are all good. Where can I find kits to make all of the work. I also want to lower the pickup a inch or two. Also how can I make the stock axle disc brake and power steering( what parts do I need to steel from parts store or salvage yard). Any and all suggestions will be appreciated.

Too much to cover in one thread.
Pick one subject and you will get some good feedback I'm sure.
Also go up to the sticky threads at the top and click on FAQ. Lots of info there including complete inst for power steering swap.

Quick answers; putting in the trans will trigger a lot of frame mods because of the stock crossmember. No reason to use the TC rear axle, it's not a good candidate (width, mounting, etc). Use Advanced Search above and you'll find many extensive and detailed threads on all subjects. Does the truck have a 6-cyl or flat V8 in it now? Is it running well?

20 years ago the motor was running fine before we parked it. It is a flathead 239ci V8. I was just wondering if the 302 would be better on gas even if I put a carburator on it.
