Well Rob, personally.....I enjoying being able to stand just outside my door and shoot in any direction and not having to worry about anyone/thing......but that's just me. Looks like a pretty nice place....

Nope, no sprinklers... Maybe I can get a deal on a used pivot at a farm auction!

There are covenants, but they are pretty basic: no unregistered cars outside, 1 outbuilding permitted, no more than 2 horses, just some basic stuff. Not like the other areas we are looking where you can't park in your own driveway or plant a tree without approval from some dumb committee.
