Morning Miles, how's Cheyenne this morning? Hey, any luck with the house search?

 

Cheyenne is pretty nice today. 59 degrees with 5 mph wind. working on balancing 10 accounts we have with a small hardware store. Really sucks that they are 110 miles away and are being difficult. No luck with a house yet. It is hard when i work 7am-5pm and the girlfriend work 7pm-7am. hard to find a time to look at open houses.

 

then she should just trust your judgement, and let you pick.............

 

Yeh, like you said Pat, how long have you been married Pat? It seems with me that every time I decide on something for the both of us it usualy is the wrong decision and yes after the 3rd week of hearing about it I even begin to regret it. Ha, ha, don't mind me I love stirring up Michelle it just makes my day. YESSS!!

Been married for 7 years now. It's amazing how many times I am wrong also!!

This is a great day and you guys can pick on me all you want, cause I pick back.

 

I tried that once on a really cool house built in the 30's. it was all red brick with just re-finished hard wood floors. She hated the entire house because the basement was not finished as nice as the upstairs. The biggest thing is that it is in an area called Moore Haven heights where there are $650,000 houses of the same vintage that have been fixed up. The house i wanted was going for $164,000. Looked to me like a real easy basement remodel and sell the house for $350,000. But she thinks we should look around more.

 

And if we didn't pick on you a little Michelle, you wouldn't know we liked you!!

I just had to run downtown to drop a few things off and ran into the funeral of Larry Birleffi.

Lets just say it was a little busy downtown right now.
