My interference is within 6" of the yoke and I already have the crossmember damn near cut in two so I could go either way, I lean towards keeping it simple.
Current shaft is a cut down rear 2" longer than stock and I built a spare. 95% of the time angle is a non issue without a CV as the truck is very low, but at full droop it is close to bind.
