Contrats! Turning 30 was a big deal for me too. It was harder than turing 40 for some reason. I think it is that you can't say I'm in my 20's and you have to start figuring things out and making plans. What ever they might be.

You're not a kid any more after that, so what does it matter? Keep yourself in good health and fit. Keep your attitude positive. Enjoy life. The hour meter/clock/calander will continue to run no matter what you do. However, how you enjoy life is pretty much all in your hands.
