Another option is the 1" zero rate leaf from offroaddesign, this bolts to your existing leaf pack front or rear. However unlike a add a leaf it will not stiffen up your ride and gives you exactly 1 additional inch of lift. Because this bolts to your leafpack you could use this in the rear with your existing block and you wouldn't be stacking blocks. Some people have cautioned against this in the front because they argue it is only a block that it bolted. If you share this concern then 1" from a shackle would also work. The zero rates are $ 40 bucks and probably your cheapest option. Ford also sells a 1" shim that was designed to correct the superduty lean but that runs alot more $. Interestingly they show the shim being placed under an existing block so Ford is technically stacking blocks. Good luck.
