Stuck in EFI world
Hello friends;
I am running a 1985 Ford 5.0 EFI system from a F-150 in a project 4x4.
Was told this is a early low pressure system ?
Starts & runs great till about 2300 , 2500 RPM. Power drops off & starts to backfire.
Injectors are reconditioned units, EBAY, possably high pressure, "stock 5.0"
New pumps, lines, regulator,TPS, & filter.
Thinking the injectors are the issue, any thoughts would be great !!!

The old 1995 F 150
My name is Leslie and I live near Terre Haute, have one Ford F150 truck and my Subaru Outback.
I am retired from digital imaging, but am trying to do more photography.
I am trying to get comfortable with my old 1995 F150 manual transmission.
My other auto is a 2014 Subaru Outback, so shifting certainly is similar, but my F510 feels pretty loose compared to my Subaru.
I just had a new clutch put in the 1995 F150.
I love the manual operated windows, and esp. the front side wings that gives that burst of fresh air...in the 1995 Ford F 150, You can't get that in the Outback or other new trucks.
