EMS,www.emsautomotive.com/ford48_52Truck.htm is the only vendor that sells a one piece floor.

The others sell only the half floor patches.

Northern Classic Trucks,http://www.northernclassictrucks.com, are the only place that I know of that sells the other parts for the floor:

Unfortunately, it seems only the area from the front seat brace to the beginning of the toe board are reproduced. Everyone knows the major rust always happens where this piece and the toe board meet, and above. I wonder why no one reproduced the toe board.

I don't have any personal experience with either EMS or Northern Classics but I have heard good reports about both. I am sure other will chime in with their first hand experience with them.

I bought the EMS pan I liked how it goes right across. It's just sitting ontop of my old floor in the cab, will still need abit of trimming to fit right. Picked it up last month and havn't had a chance to put it in yet, still hoping to elves show up one night and do it for me LOL!

I see Brian 48 that your in Burlington. We almost neigbours. I am in Guelph. If you dont mine me asking. Did you order it right from EMS and what was the total cost with shipping and duty? The elves are most likly busy this time of year with Christmas coming. Which remindes me I need to start helping my truck with her christmas list.

I ordered it through Horton Hotrod in Milton, It was $186 and took about a week to get. Pro's pic are also good in Arthur, I bought my front fenders and running boards through them. Both places very helpful and within an hour of you.

I bought my EMS full floor pan from Fred Moyer in Edmonton, it fit pretty good but still needs some fiddling. Got some pictures in my gallery as it is in now along with new from cab mounts, front cowls and rockers, also got a set of cab corners from Mr. Reamer, they fit good. Makes sense to get one from Arthur as it is much closer, I need to go there and have a look at the new boxes once I win the lottery. The only thing I didn't like about the floor pan is mine didn't have the indents for the cab mounts like it should and I think the quality control at EMS could be better. I bought the front cowls directly from EMS and one was a 1/2 shorter than the other, had to send it back and they gave me a new one but still cost me shipping so if they have a stock of panels look them over and choose the best ones. The guy at Fred Moyers measured a bunch of them and they were all somewhat different.

Hope that helps

They do make a nice box. They have a aluminum tonneal cover aswell that slick. There no spot welds showing on the corners and there coated so they dont rust.

Trouble with the elves, is that the first thing they do is drain the bubbly pops in the fridge, then weld the floor in upside down...I'd do it myself, if I were you!

Thanks, I didn't think about that and if I empty the fridge they would probably do it upside down as well. I guess I'll have to find the time ( darn work!).
