It's still several months off to be able to paint the chassis of my 1951 F1 but I want plenty of time to think about it. Has anyone used the new ceramic chassis black? The advertising sounds good. I would use epoxy primer under it - probably PPG which is what I have been using.

Interesting. What reducer (or thinner) did you use? We used Eastwood's engine compartment black on a 67 Mustang. The steel had been sand blasted clean. We used plain old lacquer thinner, twice in fact, and the paint blistered, I guess that is as good as a description as any. We cleaned the steel again, used our PPG reducer. Paint went on good.
