Hey New England gear heads...start drooling!!!
Our inspection guy called me this afternoon...he was about to pull in a 1967 Shelby GT500 into his bay for it's annual sticker!!! This car was an older ground up restoration...the engine was done in CT...dyno'd at 377 HP...425 LB FT Torque. This car was nicer than anything in the showroom...flawless in every aspect. The owner has taken it to shows...never lost!!!
He also told me that he recently turned down $190,000 for it!!!

...that would have been sweet...I had new '65 Mustang when I was a young whippa snapper...wish it could nave been a Cobra
