Hurtin bad today, had PT again today. They had me do something like a push up but only using my arms, crunches and sucking in my stomach lifting one leg at a time.

Can I ask? If you crushed a disc how can they have you doing pt? I blew mine out and had to have surgery or did they already operate on you?

no and thats what I can't figure out myself. I had to sit for about 2 hours today after PT for me to minimize the pain
