The only good thing was I got to meet Fabman.

Thanks Don for driving 3 hours to the valley to the cookoff.

God I hate fire! My heart goes out to the couple who suffered this fire. I almost lost my wife in a house fire back in 1973. That's a lot of the reason I've been in 2 different volunteer fire depts over the years. I've got a long time friend that lost a daughter in a house fire, and I lost 10 Indians in a warehouse fire. I think fire is the only thing that really scares the hell out of me..............Did they figure out what caused it?

I am starting my 27th year with Woodburn Fire District.

I don't know the cause of this fire. I have never saw a fire this big on a farm before. The buildings were steel beams not pole barns. It was about 5 total acres with 5 building destoryed.
