lowering 99' f350 dually psd

Are you lowering to the ground or just lowering for ease of getting in and out? In either case it really depends on how low you want to go I guess. There are several companies out there but I haven't researched it much. I did lower the back of mine, used the smaller F250 block in the back vs the taller F350 that was there stock. I lowered mine to get it closer to level and so I wouldn't have to flip axles on the trailer.

Most of us with 2WD level them by lifting the front a little. Two ways to do that -- extended springs, or the little "Hockey Pucks" that go in the spring seat. I really don't think lowering is a good idea. But to each his own!!
I haven't done mine yet, but I think I will when I get back... I'm tired of the "door stop" look...
EDIT: WELCOME TO FTE!!! Just noticed this was your first post!!
MIKE: Even with my 250, it's too low in the front. Drives me nuts!! I think just a li'l lift in the front will do it...

That is interesting as putting the small blocks on mine pretty much leveled it out. Do you know what spring code you have on the fronts? Mine are heavier springs up front due to the camper package, I think X or something like that IIRC.

well you are in the right place, just noticed your first post, welcome to FTE. I think you should run the exhaust along the lower panel, like a cobra exhaust. That would be sweet, there was a truck on the cover of Diesel Power that was lowered, had racing strips and exhaust running along the lower panels.
