Marching Ever Onward BS Thread

Welcome visitors to the monthly Mississippi Chapter BS Thread... where we mostly discuss the vagaries of our weather.
If you are a MS Ford truck (any year, vintage) owner, please say hello & especially if you are interested in having the coveted chapter membership added to your FTE status.
If you're in a neighboring state/region or just like us, please feel free to join in & post.

We love projects. We love pictures of projects. If you know of a automotive event close by that may have slipped our notice, please tell us about it.
If you're out & about in the state, say where & when & we can do IRL for a cup of coffee or cool beverage. If you need advice/info/helping hand, speak up & we'll give it a shot.

So glad to be done with the "F" month.

Just hope we don't have freeze, sleet, snow, etc. like we sometimes do in March.

Hope your remainder of the week is good.

Just a heads up to let everyone know about the car show this Saturday in Brookhaven. Time to get them out and dust them off. I am not taking my '54 F-100 this year. This will be the maiden voyage for my Wife's '55 Chevy 210 that we just finished. Hope to see you there! Steve

The car shows are starting to "show up" around here.
I went to Clarkco State park last weekend and saw some nice Ford trucks.
Stay weather aware and enjoy this early spring!

Looks like a beautiful day for a car show.

I'm hitting my soggy ground while it's tolerable.

Well we have pollen, azaleas blooming like mad, and pine *****s () getting ready to clog every thing that carries water.

I really feel for everybody who is living north of TN who still have winter.

3 more weeks till I feel safe emptying the green house.

PLEASE don't take this the wrong way...

Why is it exactly that you wound up here again lovin' fridge life as you do?

I've been living with snowbirds, but like season change, those who hate snow & left as soon as they were able & people who love the land & the bottom drawer COL.

And those who dread the un-turndownable biz transfer, but quit rather than move again.

I spent 20 years in the Army. Most of my assignments (home bases), were up north. And before that, I went to college in Colorado a couple of years.

Thanks. Don't take my silliness seriously. Yes, I prefer cold weather, but I'm mostly just complaining about heat for fun. Although, I do believe that aliens are changing the weather early so they'll be more comfortable when they come here on their "booty probing" missions.

I know I've got all these concentrated cold weather people genes so I should basically have antifreeze for blood.

It just don't work that way for me.

Thomas, that's the reason I'm still here. I love the area, and love the people. I've got some great friends here that will happily drive me to the hospital when I have my next heat stroke.
