Ordered MBRP 5in turbo back exhaust today...?

I did it and ordered the 5in turbo back aluminized exhaust today!!! Went with the 5in just cuz I wanted that deeper sound!!! Anybody know where I can get 5" SS exhaust band clamps??? Was reading they are a LOT better then the clamps that come with it.

It is getting a little fusterating but I know it'll come together. I keep wanting to get DP tunes but towing my 5th wheel I need a bigger exhaust first. Already got gauges. Next I think I am doing the VB mod... and then FINALLY DP tunes. I keep finding things that I SHOULD do before DP Tunes.... but I want to do it once and do it right. Anybody have any input on the BTS vs. John Wood valve body???

I've read that the BTS has a delay when shifting into reverse, and JW doesn't. Other than that, they are both great. Congrats on the exhaust.

Do the exhaust band clamps require sealant paste?

...I plan on ordering my exhaust this week too...and will be having the same questions and issues that you're encountering. Thanks for asking the questions.

Congrats on the Cannon.

How many sections does your exhaust have? That will answer your question.

I have the same question about number of clamps. I just got my 4" MBRP aluminized and it came with 4 saddle clamps. One is a "T" hanger clamp and another is a hanger clamp. So do I just get 2 band clamps to replace the regular saddle clamps and use the hanger saddle clamps? If someone is using these, did you use band clamps on all joints and then use the hanger clamps just to hang and not tighten all the way?

Thanks
