Maybe I got to try the (smoohz) thing, need to try something soon! Reading about everybody else getting a DP tuner and how great they are is getting to me big time!

Congrates on the order. Install is so easy, a chevy guy could do it. Very clear instructions. Just don't skip the first step about removing the key. You will be happy with either the 60 or 80. I just got back from my first real camper tow with my DP. Mine only weighs in at about 8300 lbs. We went to the mountians and with plenty of uphill pulls, I tried several tunes. Started in 60T, then 80T, 80E and even 120. Found the 80T and 80E was the best for me and the 80T was a little less smoke and I'm guessing less fuel. No real numbers to compare for economy, mainly 'cause it don't matter anyway.

Great install clip. Thanks for posting it. Now I feel a lot more confident with installing mine. Its been sitting in the garage for about a month now. Ialso have a BTS vb to go with it so I am looking for time to do both together.

Thanks for the info. Does not look too hard. I am a mechanic so I should not have too much of a problem. Of course these trucks are not airplanes. Airplanes are easier to work on, you just cant pull over if something goes wrong in a plane.
