how to adjust exhaust valves 360 v8??

i have a 69 f100 360v8 2 barrell with headers i recently had problems with timing replaced with new dist and truck running fine now i noticed it has what seems to be and exhaust valve sticking on left side how do i adjust exhaust valvesthe motor doesnt have adjustable rockersand should i replace push rods when attempting to adjust???????

Oversize and undersized pushrods are available.

However, did this suddenly start happening? How do you know it's sticking? Is it staying open?

Could be a hydraulic lifter pumped up and won't bleed down...

More info please

I'm with Art (please explain what is drawing you to the conclusion the exhaust valve is sticking) this should help to determine what areas to look at, possible tests to perform & or remedies.

when im driving the sound is louder when i accellerate when i let off the gas
its quieter until i hit the gas again?????????

Sounds like an exhaust leak.

Agreed, Rarely does the non-adjustable valve train use on FEs need attention unless something breaks, then engine speed will not change the problem.
