what motor is in the cougar? I have never heard of a v6 in a 95 f150. If the f150 motor is an inline six,you can forget about putting it in the cougar. if the f150 engine is a 5.0,it shouldn't be that hard of a swap if the cougar also has a v8,just use the electronics from the car.

With a little bit of planning and ingenuity anything can be accomplished. Carefully measure everything on both rigs and then decide if you want to. Measure twice, cut once.

I6 wont fit in the cougar. the hoodline is WAY to low and engine bay too short. you should see the cougars/tbird's with a 4.6 in them. wow! i had one there is no room for anything else, granted the 4.6 is pretty wide but not nearly as long as a 300I6. you could however get 5.0L in the cougar from 89-93. and 4.6L 94-97. after that....the dark ages of cougars
