security codes for radio
I pulled the radio to get a stuck cd unstuck and when I put the radio back in and the radio will not turn on. Is there a security code or some procedure that I must follow in order to turn the thing back on? This is on an F-250, 2003 and the radio is the 6 cd changer model.

Not that I know of. Are you sure you got the plug installed back in the radio correctly?
Other than that I would suggest you start checking fuses. Check the ones labelled for the radio first, but if none of them are bad you will need to go through and check them all. Ford does not do a very good job of labelling everything that runs off of each fuse. I once lost power to my radio and power windows and it turned out to be the fuse for the instrument panel. All of the instrument panel stuff worked fine.
Also be sure to check the fuses with a fuse tester. The mini fuses will sometimes be blown without any visible problems.
