the garage is done

well at least the structure is I still have to install the bay doors and electrical. my father is bringing the backhoe up Thursday so i can run the ditch for power, and only minimal interior power until after the final inspection.

Looks good Bart. Your not going to install more electoral after the inspection are you? At least put in a light switch so you won't have explain to the inspector that you plan on working in the dark.
I'm teasing you I hope you know.

the county actually told me to do minimal electric and add to it later, that is why there is so much conduit under the slab.

Looks Great Bart! I need to get me one of those. I guess Travis and I are in the same boat as I am also a couple of years from building one (if all goes as planned).

I'm not jealous any more! I figured out what it cost Bart to put that Building up! Well Close anyways! Imagine what the Cost will be in 2 years!

what about plumbing? gonna have a full bath with shower?

right after the final inspection, the plumbing in 1/2 inch under the surface of the slab for a shower toilet and sink.

Looks good Bart, my many wants is a big garage. I had a three bay with apartment on top in PA before i came out here. Needed it to house all my junk..

Cna never have enough garage.

Congrats on the shop. I am hopen to get a large shop when we move to the flagstaff area. A guy can never haver enuff shop.
