I have used EZ Wire and Ron Francis kits. RF has better instructions and is more complete but also more costly. EZ Wire is a decent product for the cost.

I used the EZ Wiring 21 circuit harness in my 49. I think its a great harness for the money. I agree that the instructions are a little bit lacking and could cause some panic somehead scratching for some people. Overall, the install went very well and I would definately buy their product again.

I used EZ Wire as well. Would use again especially since it was half the cost of others (if I remember correctly).

I installed an EZ Wire Harness in my 51F1 5 years ago. I had to replace the Flasher units but outside of that I have had zero problems. I liked the price it was around $175.00 for the 21 Fuse colored wire loom. If I was going to install another harness tomorrow I would go with the same one again.

we used an ez wire set on my f-1, it was first time we rewired a vehicle. like the others said, the instructions aren't that helpful, but ours went well. it helps to have the truck wiring diagram as well. good luck, dick r

I think it helps to lay it out on the floor and start at one end and work your way thru the harness just to see where everything is. You will see where it goes thru the firewall and what stays in the cab. I found this helpfull.
The only problem I have is the headlights are on and the switch is off. I called and they say I have a wire on the switch wrong. It is a real pain to release the handle. Still fighting this to see what I did wrong.

hm.. my book shows all the wires in their bundles.

I moved a couple, and deleted a couple, but it was pretty straight forward.

(trunk light, & power antenna I don't need!).

dome light I moved to the interior section

brake light & power moved to the dash section (switch on the hanging pedal assembly).

moved some of the external light wires from the dash section to the steering section (moved them closer to the light switch).
