Maintence Questions
Just got an 02 4.0 4x4 auto. It has 88k on it. Any prevenative maintence I should do or things to watch for. U joints, transfer case, rearend,brakes, any things to watch on this truck.

Do you have the Owner's Manual? If so, check the maintenance schedule. If 60K miles is a major service point, check over the engine to see if it looks like those services were performed. If not, that should be the starting point for maintenance work. If the major service point is 90K miles you know what is coming up fairly soon.

Check your tire pressure.
Assuming that you have LT and not 'P' tires installed then boost the pressure. 42psi seems to be the sweet spot as a trade-off in ride and extra milage on my X-cab 4x4.
YMMV as I toss gas on the fire...

Since you don't have any idea what has been done, I'd do it all. 90k is a major service point anyway, so I'd do the following ...
-flush coolant
-flush transmission, including filter change
-transfer case
-both differentials
-fuel filter
-clean throttle body
-new brake fluid
-I replaced my upstream 02 sensors, and thermostat
-new power steering fluid
-inspect brakes, hoses, and exhaust
