squeaking brake pedal

My brake pedal is squeaking. More like a low squeak, when depressed or moved. anyone else have this sound? brakes work fine and I think it may be normal for the truck, but figured I would ask.

You could try lubricating the shaft the pedal pivots on, but most likely this noise is coming from the master cylinder.

I've seen a couple that were 'cured' after a brake fluid flush, but most likely it'll need to be replaced if this is the case.

Apparently one of the seals gets dry and binds a little, causing this noise. It's cheaper just to replace it than to try to disassemble it and rebuild it...
