pics of my new stuff 51 f-6 dump and 57 f250

well thought you all might enjoy a few pics of my newest stuff, first is a 51 f-6 dump, truck has almost no rust, little in front fenders none in the cab, has a stuck flathead, i have a buddy with a rebuilt one , should go in soon, second is a 57 f250, truck is turn key and supper solid with minor rust in floor and fenders( oh and i live in upstate new york so everything is rusted)

Neato on the dump... where are we finding the really old stuff all of a sudden? (48-51 as compared to 53-56 is old?, anyhow)..

I would think that now that the scrap prices are way up, that the farmers/construction guys are all dragging them out of the "back 40"...and trying to see if they can get more than scrap prices, before dragging them over the scale. There was a truck parked for the last 15 years alongside the road on my way to work. A couple weeks ago, they cut it in half and took it to the scales. It has sure cleaned up a lot of the yards, but I wonder how many NICE trucks are going that route??
