89' 5lt won't stay running

My 89, 302, 4AOD will only stay running while I pump the gas, I changed the fuel filter and am getting a code 22 and 23 any help will greatly be appreciated. The Bronco has been parked since April and when I parked it, it was acting up, shut off occasionally and also hard to start. Right now it will start at first flick of the key but you have to pump the gas to keep it going and will still shut off

Everything you need is right here. Ford Fuel Injection

Start by testing the sensors the codes point to and replace them if necessary. Then clear the codes and try the motor to see if it runs better.
