I never drive it ,it just sits there now it runs like sh-t..I guess I should had drove it around the block ..but it started..

 

been there done that . i dint drive mine much over winter , as i had the work truck at the house . well when i finally got around to using her on a regular basis again , like yours it ran like crap , and the needle and seat in the carb kept sticking open and flooding it out . some tinkering and driving and she straightened right out . oh and i did start mine off and on and it didnt help . it's sitting again for some repairs and i cant wait to see how cranky she is this time !!!!!!!!!!!!!
