I have been accumulating 76-79 trucks at a fair rate recently, with no other motive than to acquire the parts I want in order to complete my 76 Highboy project. It will be a Super Cab - Short Box, retaining the 133 W.B.

I finally found the truck I needed to provide me with the SuperCab, and I'm set to remove the current body of my Highboy. All of the work I've done to this to date (on my daily driver) is in my gallery.

Since I live in central Burnaby, one can imagine I'm getting backed up with extra parts that I don't need, and cannot store. I made up a list of them all. --So far.

I respect how a lot of us work hard to build these old rigs on lower budgets, and in that spirit, I am open to offers on the following parts.



- 1991 Ford 10.25, 4.10 TLok Diff, Code C5 (6250 lbs)
- 78 F250 4x4 Power Steering Box
- 79 Dana 70 Axleshaft
- Hub/Drum
- 73-79 Tailgate, fair condition, with some trim. (including centre piece) No rust, a - little bent with some cracked bondo someone filled a dent with.
- 73-79 marker lights: I have a set of tails, lens good, bucket fair.
- Also sets of side marker lenses per pair of amber or red
- 79 460 4V Breather
- 79 460 4V Motorcraft 4350 Carb, tag: [D6TE NA] Ran well until pulled, but has sat - for a year. Rebuild

- 78 Camper Special Heavy Duty Alternator, from 400M. Harness and regulator to go

- 78-79 Front Clip. Outer fenders banged up, but inners, saddle, and grille insert w/ square headlight buckets are very good. grille shell fair, w/ some scratches but no dents. Hood has one repairable push-in dent, not creased. Lower marker lenses intact. Camper Special insignia on outer fenders

- Left and Right Door Glass
- RH Window Regulator
- Sliding Rear Window in good condition
- Pairs of Dayton twin-piston Brake Calipers

instrument clusters, bezels, some trim available.

OTHER:

2 Wrangler AT/S LT265/75R16 with 65% tread

One 5 ton Engine Hoist, needs cylinder or pump seal. This thing is huge. This can handle any diesel you can find for a pickup truck. Stands just under 6 feet, about 5 ft long on the ground. Big Casters.

There will be more stuff to get rid of when I actually start the last stage of this project, including a good regular cab, an 8ft camper spec box with cargo compartment in front of right rear, a 460 / C6 combo, as well as a D60 with 3.50 gearing .. i need to make room and store all that at some point! :-)

 

I am looking for a good 300 six for propane/gas setup, as well as the required propane hardware. Another built AOD would be nice to have as a spare as well.

In relation to the above items, I would be willing to trade some or even all of these items for what I need, of course depending on the parts offered!

Hey guys, Im looking for a 00, or newer supercab shortbox 250, preferably 350 diesel truck. Im new to BC and ahve looked around and havent found much! Anyone know any good places to find these trucks in BC or alberta?

Looking for 2 14X6 5 on 4.5 5 slot aluminum mags.

Also searching for 15X10 5on 4.5 5 slot aluminum mags.

Would prefer that these have little or no pits as they will be polished.

I drive truck all over north America so if someone knows where to find these, pickup should be no problem

If I can't find these parts I will strip this truck. it is an xlt 4x4 with the recently overhauled 4.0 l v6 & recently overhauled tranny. Runs like a top, just smashed up
