Scott, from the best I can tell it's on campus, or within 2 blocks. I hope it's not too ghetto for an outsider. She's already been up there and so far so good. I know that sounds crappy but I hope yall understand. I don't want to send someone in that I don't know. Not to mention I can let you know kinda what to expect.
