I posted this in the Super Duty forum as well. On my way to the Charlotte NC Airport this morning, I had to dodge a package that fell from a delivery truck and when I locked my brakes, I felt something give in the front end. Truck has 214,000 miles (1999.5 Super Duty 4X4 7.3L), and brand new brakes (Rotors, Calipers, and Pads in the last 45 days, less than 1500 miles). It feels as if a caliper is now sticking, or I blew out a wheel bearing. I get back in Thursday evening and would like to call ahead and schedule a check up with a good mechanic Friday morning, prior to my 110 mile drive back home in South Carolina. Any recommendations? I'm out west Wednesday and Thursday returning Thursday evening, June 12. I'd like to schedule an appointment for Friday morning June 13 as early as possible. Thanks in advance for any input.

I'm up in Harrisburg and I've used Alexander Truck Service (704) 455-2666 on HWY 49 just past the town center with good success.
