Uhhhh...the 78 and 76 would be "dentsides", but that's okay, sounds like you need more trucks. The wife will hang in there, trust me, my wife said no more three trucks ago. Good luck.

I have my '57 short bed custom cab (289/c4, IFS, project/driver)
The '61 unibody (rolling chassis/body)
A '61 Falcon 2 door sedan Pro Street project with a 460/c6
A 2004 DW9 dirt modified (race twice a week)
A 2006 Impressive dirt modified (will race 2 to 3 times a week soon)
A ? DW7 dirt modified (always need a spare frame!)
A '83 Challenge chassis sprint car (back burner nostalgia project)

I want more but the wife kind of glares at me these days when I talk about getting something neat I see. I don't know what her problem is. I never complain on what she spends for groceries. I never complain when she spends all day doing laundry. Maybe I'm looking at things wrong.....naaaaahhhh.

Enjoy!

Just one. 64 lowered longbed 292 automatic. I can have as many as I want, wife would never complain. As a matter of fact, I point out some of these threads to her and she has to laugh. I'm lucky I guess.

Mine are listed in my signature below . Got into these trucks just about a year ago because a good friend has a bunch. Talk about addictive!! I keep looking for more every week. Funny thing is these are the first Fords I've ever owned...have always been a Chevy guy until now. Had a '58 Apache I sold a few months ago due to the Ford infection I know have.

I think this is the most replies I have gotten yet for a post. It's nice to see that so many other people enjoy these trucks as much as I do.

My Dad and I attract these things and it doesnt help my buddy owns a tow yard so no only do I find them, so does he and I have the means to move them easily! Here is the list and since my Dad and I share all the stuff, they are basicly all ours. Wish work and family wasnt so busy, I would love to get at least a couple restored to nice driver status.

65 F100 Shorty 6 cyl, disc brake converision my driver
65 F250 460/C6 Dads driver
65 F100 shorty disc brake conversion getting a 351W/5spd, Dads other driver
66 F250 Ranger with no drive train
66 F100 longbed, 351W/C6 that will prolly be my shorties driveline and cab donor for military flatbed
66 F250 ex military flatbed parts truck no driveline that may get redone in the future
65 F100 longbed 6 cyl 4 spd beater currently parked
76 F-150 trailer special ex cab long bed 460/c6 that runs great but very ugly, prolly a driveline/ disc brake donor after I use it to haul some rock and stacker block or my house!
06 King Ranch 250, the truck that pulls them around when I dont get them towed!

2 cabs and bed, spare 66 F250 chassis, 3 sets of extra one ton fenders and lots of parts! Also plenty of possible drivelines, 302's 351's 460/c6 combo... Gotta keep the scrapers away, it may look like junk to the untrained eye!!

Its my dads fault really, He let me drive the 65 F-250 460 truck when I learned how to drive and its gone down hill from there! Mom and Wife are supportive although I think we are at our limit!
