does any one know what will fit my truck in terms of a new cd player head unit .. I was something bright and flashy, but Ford doesn't leave much room for a double DIN, but I think that it would look dumb with a single DIN.

I have a 2002 F150 with the same opening. What I did was put an outboard processor under the CD player. It fills the space and looks pretty good too. Plus I get a readout of my SPL and voltage at the head unit.
