Subs behind seat in standard cab 95 f150
I just purchased 2 12" Kenwood w3005 and am having trouble finding designs. I definatley want to build them myself and don't know if I should build 1 big box or 2 separate boxes. Need help building boxes. contact me via e-mail, need your expertise.

optikal to the rescue, i got dimensions for a standards truck box for a 12" woofer. 14" high x 21" wide x 5.5" depth 1 (top) x 8" depth 2 (bottom). total air space with .5" wood it .8 cubic feet. this is good for most 12"s. i have to mount another 1" piece of wood on the front of my box to accomidate my larger mounting depth infinity perfect but most should be fine. stuff it with a 1 lb bag of poly fill (wal-mart has it for $2.50 a bag) and this will fool the sub into thinking the box is a little bigger. enjoy! :-)

ok now that i have thought of it, most subs (10"s and 12"s) do need around .5-1 cube (10"s) and .75-1.25" (12"s) i gave a basic design for a standard 12" but u could modify it for a 10" by just cuttint he hole to fit (remember not to cut the hole exactly 10" read the cut out diameter or if its not avabile use 9 1/2" as a generic measurment). u can modify the box to fit more or less air space but the depths are pretty much standard. its hard to design a box for every single individual. i hope this makes sense. but we can lean u in the right direction. so, just lemme know if i can help ya out.

I have a 95 f150 standard cab and I have 2 12s behind the seats and 2 670 watt amps under one on each side and 3 ways in the doors. All pioneer premiere and the sub's are the shallow series. Sound amazing.

Sub box
I have a '95 f-150 with a bench seat, standard cab; I have made numerous sub enclosures for this truck. If you tell what subs you running i can send you a design. I compete in car audio and beleive it or not you can fit up to four 10" subs behind that seat and the seat will still go all the way back.
