Ford still carries a lot of interior parts for our trucks because our trucks share the same interior with the 1980-1999 Midsize F-series trucks. F-600 up etc.
Door Panels, and Dash Pads etc. They are not cheap though. And they only come in Grey for door panels or charcoal (greyish black) for the pads. But they can be colored to match.
The a pillar molding for trucks with or without headliners has been obsolete for quite awhile for the 1980-1986 trucks, last time I checked. You can possibly find one in the wreckers. The molding out of a 1987-1991, or 1992-1996 truck should work as well, but you may need to drill some new holes in the cab as they mount to the cab different and are slightly different at the top for added strength from breakage.

As for headliner, did the truck come with a headliner? The wrecking yard is the best bet. you can use one out of a 1987-1996 truck as well, but there are differences where the sun visors bolt up in the middle. The 1980-1986 trucks have no center support provided, the 1987-1996 ones do. But again, some drilling and slight modification, the 1987-1996 visors will also work a champ.
And there are plastic and vinyl dyes out there to change the color too.
