I have a Trane GPND Commercial Heater

Propeller Fan, Nat Gas unit heater.

100k BTU, Nat gas.

Its never been used. It was installed in a warehouse and then immediately taken out.

I have the parts for the regulator to turn it to LP gas, but I'm not sure if it needs anything to the burner.
I am 99% positive its never been ran, except to be tested to see if it works during install.
