timing belt woes

I decided to dig in and change the water pump and timing belt on my '91 2.3L Ranger. I only have two snags, I can't get the crank pulley off to clear the lower belt guide, the other is the belt tensioner spring...it was weak enough to take off without special tools but I'm afraid installing the fresh one is going to be a task and a half. Oh, I got the crank pulley off by removing the 4 bolts but the rest won't budge. I am desperate and need this truck rolling to work on Monday, here is my e-mail address. OVALADOAZUL@ATTBI.COM

timing belt woes

Well, I thought to come here for help but it seems like people would rather ask how old are Ranger owners and what kind of gas mileage they get. Are there any Ranger owners that actually turn a wrench themselves when a repair is needed? Well, I'm headed out to the garage to get this timing belt changed, hope it works.
