Vent window removal

I'm looking for an easy method of removing the vent window. OK, there isn't one. So what is the best way of removing the vent window without breaking something. I'd like to take them in and have them powdercoated. Thanks

The best way I have found is the one illustrated in the Shop Manual. It is a PITA. You almost have to gut the door to get them out.

Thanks Randy, I just looked in my manual a while ago. I think I'm opting on sanding and painting them for now. PITA is an understatement! Thanks. Ed
