Carb expert?

i have a 87 e-350 that needs the carb tuned. Any locals good at this?

Low fuel millage, I am only geting about 5mpg. Looking for ideas on how to tune it. Oh, and I think the secondaries are cracked open at idle. When I spray carb cleaner at the secondaries she will stumble.

ok now were getting somewhere vac our mech secondarys and is this ongoing our new prob?

vac secondarys. Think it is a ongoing prob. I have only had it for about 3 years. my grandad left it to me when he passed away. BTW the rv has 15,000 miles original.

wow, really low miles...some fluid will get by secondarys if introduced.... did your gran pap live here in NM.. hollys are a pain to get dialed in but once you get it they run great

Nope, Asheville NC. One thought I had is that it was setup for low alt.

Wonder if I should just put a tow bar on it, pull it with the truck. and find a old mustang to put the 460 in

no dought about it low alt ..give me a day and i will hit up rick to see a good start point for the jets ....its going to be jets Rick a friend of mine is the best holley man i have ever seen and i have seen alot.. you might of heard of him Rick means he can give you a great start point but i bet he nails it right out the door what is your gvw on that pig?
