axle part number?

Does anyone know the part number for the right front drive shaft for a 2000 F250 SD 4x4 XLT. 3.73 gears. Replacing the bearing and it appears there is significant damage to the bearing surface on the axle. I thought someone posted about there being a listing for just the outer part of the axle (from the U-joint out) but cant find it again. Thanks.

As a thought, anyone know what the min diameter is for the bearing surface is? It looks pitted but maybe it still is within spec. We have it as 1.289 in.
