<TABLE><TBODY><TR><TD vAlign=top width="100%">Hi all, My name is Clint Wilcox and I am the Chapter Leader for the Northern California Chapter. Some of our Chapter members will be attending the Hot August Nights spectacle in Reno (August 3-12). See www.hotaugustnights.com

Myself and a few others will be at the Bonneville Salt Flats for Speed Week (August 11-17). The Salt Flats are near Wendover, about 90 minutes west of Salt Lake. There will be members of other chapters joining us. We even have one Australian FTE member joining us on the Salt.

With both events some members will be camping out while other members will be staying in motels. Campers, Motor Homes, tents, or just a sleeping bag in the back of a pickup work for us.

We are an informal bunch and would enjoy company from other FTE Chapters. We can also make it a joint meeting if you want.

Is there any interest in attending either event?

hey if i got the money and time off work, id love to be there, just gotta see if i can manage it! and if i got the means, but assuming all is well ill be there!

ha, actually, i live in so-cal, im just over here on a semester studying, sorry to dissappoint but im american!!! born and raised in ventura california, but i hope its still that good!

 

Ventura works for me. The event is put on by the Southern California Timing Association!

Sorry *****, the So. Cal Chapter isn't a very active or lively group. Maybe I can get a rise out everyone and generate some activity.
