Saw a nice sight down at the race

Im down here in Charlotte and at the track toyota droped 7 figures to become the "official" car company of lowes motor speedway.....well they have a display out in front of the track where they are showing off thier trucks, well behind the display they have all there tow vehicles and trailers and they had some small freightliners pullin 45' 5ers or somehting close to it, and then.... the 25(ish) ft enclosed trailer was hooked up to a 7.3 crew cab dually

I laughed when I saw that, guess as hard as they try they cant build any thing more than a toy

Hino - a division of Toyota, but not sure if they built them up from zero or bought them out

They used a Hino in their concept (2008 Toyota Tundra Diesel Dualie - 1-Ton Diesel Truck - Diesel Power Magazine) but I think their production model is going to be a V8 made at the the San Antonio Plant so it would be a Toyota. At least that's what I've heard.

I didnt have my camera, but ill swing by tomarrow and try to take a pic.

there was some talk about CAT engines goin in the toyotas but doesnt seem likely, the main reason for the talk was there partnership in the race cars. But all the haulers for the toyotas have CAT engines in them I noticed...
