HELP 1999 F350 Powerstroke Torque specs

Can anyone tell me the torque specs on the heads,mains and rods on a 1999 7.3 powerstroke.

Head bolts.
Step 1. First tightening sequence- 65lbs
Step 2. First tightening sequence- 85lbs
Step 3. Second tightening sequence- 95lbs
Mains:
Step 1. 76
Step 2. 96
Rods:
Step 1. 53
Step 2. 80
Hopefully you know the tightening sequence.
