Man, that guy must be loaded. If he bought Goog tires he shelled out some dough. It would be worth it just for the tires

Must have made a mistake when he posted the price, too many 0's, actual price should be $600. It's very rough and will need a lot of work. If interested, suggest email and inquire. $6,000 and you have to tow the truck does not sound realistic.

Here's another overpriced:

66 FORD TRUCK SHORT BED F-100

It's got rust/body issues, wheel/suspension issues, interior issues, and who knows what else from having sat for years.

Plus it's in Colorado where these trucks actually stick around. So maybe the price has an extra zero as well, LOL Honestly I think it's probably probably worth about $600-850.

These crack me up when compared to what I got for $1100 2 years ago. They honestly should look at site called Collector Cars Market Review where they would be stunned by the true value of their vehicle.

Either these guys are drunk when posting these things and keep adding an extra Zero, or
Their wife told them to "Sell that old piece of junk" and they are just gonna tell her they "Can't seem to get fair market value. Guess I gotta keep 'er!"

Ya know, if we keep this up, eventually we'll get caught rippin' on one of our own. Or the new owner is going to join FTE and find this thread. Seen it happen on the HAMB before.

Okay... I couldn't stand it. I emailed the guy and asked if it was $600 or $6000. I think I insulted him... here's what he wrote back:

it may not sale for 6000.00 but I no I will get more than 600.00 dollars I am disable to repair it again but I am sure I will get closer to 6000.00 than 600.00

I may have mentioned to him that $6k should get me a PRETTY nice truck... don't think he understood! Oh well, mine is worth way more to me than $6000 so I suppose I shouldn't throw stones!

Don't think he is serious about wanting to sell, $6000 and it has to be towed. What do they say, 'one man's trash can be another man's treasure', IMHO the day he gets $6000 for it is the day pigs fly.
