That's some beautiful work on the chassis. What kind of rear end is in it?

I can't imagine the obstacles that arise from trying to build a 56 in Sweden. My hat's off to you.

Thanks Truxx1956.
It´s an old swedish metal lathe named "Storebro 205" but it still works fine.

That's COOL I like the old stuff! I got an old 16" South Bend metal lathe and a Cincinnati Toolmaster vertical mill. The lathe is a 1944 model and the mill is a 1959 model. Thats when they made stuff to last!! I LOVE tools!!

My plans are to first drive it with my 292 yblock and a Borg warner t5 WC.
Then someday build a 460 with some power in it.
I just bought a t5 and it has a strange tail,I will ad a picture in my gallery
maybe someone know what it is.There are two places to mount the shifter one in front and the other at the rear.
