Question MSD Ignition Coils for 3V...Worth it?

Hey Guys,

I have not posted anything on the Forums for some time. I'm looking for input on the MSD Street Fire Ignition Coils...Anyone running them on their 3V's? Would they be considered an upgrade over Motorcraft?

Link: https://m.summitracing.com/parts/msd-5513

Thanks Guys,

Clay

I have no personal experience with them but have heard of more "failures with these units.

The replacement coils will do little to nothing unless yours are defective. Simply replacing a coil that is working with another is simply not going to make any difference.

Don't fall for the marketing hype.
