ok, so im going to be putting back together my parking brake components. my setup is the original for a 52 f1. right now ive got the new cables coming out of the backing plates, and have a new cable to run from the frame bracket to the lever in the cab. any tips on installing as far as slack on the cables go? any other info is much appreciated. thanks

 

I cut the excess length off mine and used some cable clamps I got at the hardware store to clamp them back together...
