Depends on the company present.
If it's the guys then it's let go with gusto and a, "Barn frog on the loose!" comment.
Never happened to me at work so I'm not sure what I'd do in that case. If it was all guys then it wouldn't be too bad, probably just acknowledge it and let the jokes begin. A group of ladies though... that would be embarrassing!

I would just turn around and ask "What did you say?"
Then when they deny saying anything you say "It sounded like your voice.."
and smells like your breath...

If it's in a group of people I know, I will usually yell something...."Fire in the hole!" or "Incomming!" or whatever pops into mind...
If it's in a group of strangers, then I try to hold it in if I'm inside, but if I'm outside, I'll let her rip (silently) and act like nothing happened...
